Monday, July 28th Workouts
Suzanne Bowen's Barre Amped (virgin)
I really enjoyed this workout. It was challenging to me. I felt the burn and was nicely stretched by the time I was done. I haven't done barre very often, this was good. Have a great day! |

bzbnmom I don't have many Barre workouts so I may have to add one of those Barre Amped DVD's to my wish list.
Cathe Body Max 2 (skipped Step and Abs section) Even skipping sections this tough workout still took almost 70min

To The Max (Fitness Tabata, Compound Legs) Crossfire (Firewalker Tabata, Crossfire Circuit Blast; stretch) I wanted to burn a lot of calories to burn off the anniversary goodies this past weekend....I think I succeeded, LOL...867 cal.!
