Biggest hit

Turning our third garage bay into a home gym. Buying a Concept 2 rower. Buying a second Olympic 45lbs bar and more plate weights to go with it.

Misses:Nothing other than me not getting my eating under control. Back to baby steps for me on eating better.

For me my biggest hits:
1) Cathe fit tower and included dvds as well as those fit tower dvds that Cathe produced.
The fit tower gives just a bit more alignment support than without. I can also do pull ups and push ups at different levels.
2) Codyapp streaming. I am loving the different programs
3) Tracie Long metabolic strength and core movements 3 & 4.

BeachBody On Demand

Misses:
I learned form previewing many of the BeachBody sets on BOD that there would have been a lot more misses if I had bought some of these sets.

I previewed the new P90 and ended up buying it on sale. I can sometimes tolerate Tony. But, even with the "Less Tony" option, he is hard to take in these.

I can't think of any misses, but I have a few hits. So that's good!

Biggest Hits:

1) Cathe On Demand - This has given me so much variation. I've gotten to try so many Cathe DVDs that I wouldn't have been able to afford. And I get to switch things up a lot.

2) Cathe Live - I just started incorporating these into my routines, and oh goodness, they are so much fun! It's like a whole other side of Cathe. A little more lose, more fun, but still tough and challenging.

3) Jessica Smith's WS3 - I haven't tried all of them, but I loved a few I've tried: Metabolic Conditioning, Cardio Hit!, Yoga/Pilates, Barefoot Cardio Core, Cardio Interval Sculpt...Good stuff!

4) 2Lazy4Gym.com - I discovered her blog this year, and I've gotten so much out of it. Great in depth reviews w/workout breakdowns and details. It's a huge help!

5) YouTube - That's not new, but it's a constant in my workouts. And I'd be lost without it. I use if for Jessica Smith and for other supplemental workouts (barre, pilates, yoga).

Bellicon - although I need to use it more, it's so much fun
Powerstrike streaming - this was a great find and I'll definitely be back
Pilates by Lisa - I dip in and dip out of this, but when I'm doing it, I'm more flexible
SBF - I signed up for a one year streaming deal and want to do this 2x a week. So far so good.

And most importantly -
I LEARNED HOW TO RIDE A BIKE THIS YEAR! At the tender age of 43. I'm thrilled about this. :-)

No real misses for me this year that I can think of...

That is so awesome! I would love to know how you did it, if you wouldn't mind sharing. I just turned 42 and would love to check this off my bucket list.

For me
Hits
Yoga 30 for 30...use this one a lot, love the 30 minute time frame
Margaret Richard triple threat love this one (the reviews weren't great but
I enjoyed it)
Robin long balanced life. I have been doing 15-40 minutes Monday-Friday consistently since September. She's not as hard as Lisa but I feel good and worked out at the end. I have also lost 12 pounds since September, so less intense has been working for me

I haven't bought as much this year so no misses.
