I was looking for some kind of dissenting review, it's only human nature ya know, but I found something surprisingly even-handed and fair ... cogent and enjoyable ...

Ok, well, a while ago I was obsessed with P90X3 and was reading everything I could on vf about it, and was pointed to the Dysfunctional Parrot website review of the program. I guess I was also pointed to some other review of it and that seemed to be quite a muscle dude, so I just assumed that the Parrot was also a male. When I looked at the list of reviews on that site today, I thought what a progressive guy that is, doing Brazil Butt Lift and etc. I was just reading the post on Exercise for the Exhausted (or whatever it is) and I realize, oh, Parrot is female. Ooops.

Mr. Parrot writes everything but the exhausted posts, I've read everything on his site and hate it when he doesn't post anything new for a while, if he'd write a book I'd buy it, he's a really good writer.
