Q on Body Beast

Is this program doable at home with just dumbbells? I have a set of Select Tech dumbbells that go up to 50 lbs and a step with risers and limited space. Can I still do this? Thanks!

YES! I don't use a barbell most of the time. I have a wonky shoulder and don't want to chance lifting it onto my shoulders/upper back. I believe there is a modifier showing variations of the exercises. Bench VS stability ball, dumbbells VS bands, etc. The workouts are very doable and the program is THE BOMB!!!!

Yep, much of the time I don't feel like dragging out my barbell set and changing plates so I'll just use dumbbells and it works great. I also don't have a weight bench, so use my step as a platform, when needed.

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to go for it. What is everyone substituting for the pull-ups?

Look on youtube. There is a video where some guy lies on his stomach on the floor and pulls himself along the floor. Of course, this won't work on carpet. You can also get tubing if you have a place to anchor it.

I've used my Fluidity bar for a sub for pullups.
