biceps!
holy carp! I have visible biceps!!!!! it's a while yet... But I'm wondering what to do next I'm tempted by P90x but those are looooong workouts what's really tough and in the 1/2 hour maaaybe 45 min range?

P90X "halfsies" work pretty well (half the workout with warmup & cool-down, usually lands around 40 min). Or, I've heard good things about P90X3.

NoraKate: Yes they are because they generally repeat the same exercises in the same order or reverse order. Check out the online worksheets.
