biceps!

holy carp!

I have visible biceps!!!!!

it's a while yet... But I'm wondering what to do next

I'm tempted by P90x but those are looooong workouts

what's really tough and in the 1/2 hour maaaybe 45 min range?

Tough, but shorter than P90X would be the strength workouts from Cathe's Ripped With HiiT series. Also doing the Timesaver premixes from Cathe's Gym Style workouts.

I really like the RWH workouts!

P90X "halfsies" work pretty well (half the workout with warmup & cool-down, usually lands around 40 min). Or, I've heard good things about P90X3.

are they easy to split in half?

'course after this rotation I'm going to have at least a few weeks of completely random workouts

NoraKate: Yes they are because they generally repeat the same exercises in the same order or reverse order. Check out the online worksheets.
