I grew up as teener weener. It got shorten to weener when a nephew was learning to talk and he just called me weener.

I've given a passing glance to the clips and I'm super excited! I'm in the "These look a bit harder than intermediate" camp but that's ok. Cathe always puts out a quality product and I'll be able to use most of it one way or another. I'm in the midst of CLX so I won't be stalking the mailman. They'll get here when they get here.

I'm kind of happy about the proliferation of drills in workouts these days--make them easier to resist. I haven't gotten any Cathes since, let's see, Rhythmic Step??? I don't do her style of lifting any more and hate drills, so her stuff has been a no-brainer no thanks for a long time.

I like the look of the upper body one - totally looks like if you go heavy you could make it advanced, minimal equipment so it probably moves along pretty quickly. I wasn't interested in any of these cause I don't really need intermediate Workouts, but I think I want this one.
