Today's workout:

I did not have energy for an hour of cardio, so I did:

Shaun T. Hip Hop Abs Cardio something....30 minutes. It wasn't as fun as Soul Sweat, but at least I moved

Timberlake Yin Yoga for Relaxation-30 minutes

I will check back with personals later.

Sherry

Today’s workouts:
~Jenny Ford MAA: Arizona - continuing to seek warm sunshine vicariously, lol....
~Barlates Barre Bell HIIT: lower body - This is becoming a fave, no dread, gets a lot done in under 30 min. I modified some moves, made them smaller to protect my SI joints.
~Headstand practice, upper back acupressure, & toe sit
~Timberlake Yoga (YT): Yin Yoga for Relaxation - very nice, thanks Sherry!

Waves to all!

Yesterday I watched Aging Backwards 3 on PBS...it is good. I might even order the member drive package....I'll see what my resident Santa says .

I've STILL been fighting this cold. I did a 15 minute workout with Meg yesterday right after watching Miranda talk about "choosing to move". That was all I could muster up. I do teach a class tonight.

It's crazy how much snow we have in Minnesota. At least it's pretty and white.

Hello everyone!

I'm struggling to find time to workout this week. However, today I managed to get in:
- Body Groove Spicy Latin #4
- Essentrics - Sahra's Pain Relief and Rebalancing

Yesterday, I just did Mimi's #2 Practice from her new DVD; Healthy Joints, Muscles and Tendons. The flows were all new to me.

Jackie - Colds are such a pain, as they take such a long time to shake off. Hope you feel well enough to teach tonight.

Oh... I just heard that I passed my course with distinction, so I'm on cloud 9. I now have to think whether I want to go into practice or not. I'll have plenty of time to muse on this during my time away.

Hope everyone has a great day. Stay warm. Waves to all!

Today’s workouts:
~Essentrics class
~Jessica’s 360 Abs
~3 km walk
~Yin yoga class by the fire toe sit included

Woo hoo! Congrats Margot!

Jackie - Sorry your cold is hanging on. I haven’t seen Miranda’s AB 3 as I don’t have cable. I’ll try & catch it at DS’s, maybe he’ll record it for me.

Good morning everyone! I had a snow day yesterday and just puttered around a lot and shoveled a little. On Monday evening I did Cardio Core from Build & Burn, and RaviAna Headache Helper.

Margot, congratulations! Well done!

Good luck with your weather Jackie and I hope you all feel better soon.

Happy day to Sherry, Cyana and Pam!

Margot-congratulations! That is fantastic!

Pat-I hope your headache is better-hugs! Are you a fan of the singer Chris Isaak? We saw him this past Saturday. (wonderful show!). I thought of you because at the end of the show, one of the band members walked out with a sign that said "see us tomorrow night at the Mohegan Sun." That is near you, right? We have wanted to see him since the early 1990s and finally made it.

Jackie-feel better

Yesterday was an unplanned rest day. On Monday night I fell asleep around 11:30, woke up at 12:30 and was awake for THREE hours. Ugh!

This morning was a mish mash of workouts-not one of my better days.

I tried the dvd Zumba Strong I received from my secret santa. I thought it looked really good on preview, but the workout is just not for me. The movements didn't feel good for my body. I could feel my back tensing up. I lasted 30 minutes. I switched and did 15 minutes of a Soul Sweat class. After that I attempted a morning yoga class by Sarah Beth, but she went right into downward dog with NO warmup, so I switched to a Yoga Upload floor practice. Oh, well....I got in about an hour of movement total, so that is fine. Tomorrow will be better.

I want to try the Cathe dvd I received, but I may wait a day or two to try that one. I need to be well rested

Hi to anyone I missed.

Have a good day!
Sherry

Today’s workouts:
~Essentrics TV: Pre-Sport Activation
~3 km walk
~Ellen’s Fusion Floor - this was kind of meh for me, a bit wrist intensive.
~Headstand, upper back acupressure, & toe sit

Sherry - Sorry the Zumba dvd was a disappointment!

Waves to all!

Good morning everyone! Yesterday was meager, the Power Warmups and Anti-Inflammation on House Calls.

Sherry, I don't know much about Chris Isaak. Yes, Mohegan Sun is about 25 minutes from my house. They have a great arena there. We go alternatively to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun regularly. Before the casinos we had to drive over an hour to shows, I love having them in our backyard. That's too bad about the Zumba workout.

Good workouts Pam! I passed on Fusion Floor from the clips - way to wristy.

I hope everyone is well, have a happy day ladies.
