I don't use their youtubes, but I have their DVD and I really enjoy the workouts. They're not super intense but they are good little workouts and the scenery is beautiful. K & K are fun too. I really like their short arms, booty, and ab workouts too. Great ad ons.

I am thinking of quitting the gym and doing workouts at home. I really like their workouts and am thinking of doing walking as cardio and using their workouts. Have you had any results with them?
I've lost a couple of pounds but didn't have a lot to lose. I love how good I feel. Most of the workouts include body weight exercises, traditional weight work(usually combo moves like a plie with a biceps curl and alternating abduction), pilates, and power yoga. Hits everything quite well in a short amount of time.
