On a more cheerful note, I have a pal who is 87. She has always been an avid walker, but never into any kind of formal exercise. She has to use a walker now.
That doesn't stop her from walking over to Starbucks every day and then over to the mall to see her girlfriends.
She is a real inspiration to me!

It is great that she continues to walk but there is a good chance with the right type of corrective exercise she wouldn't have to use a walker anymore. A few months with a trainer could make a huge difference in her mobility.
