Is this set up as a rotation? I don't know, I never checked the online thing. I bought pack #2 and I really like them! I agree with a lot of what Sharaz said. I have done about 4 of the workouts . . there are still a couple I haven't done . . but I like them. I do them as add-ons when I have time after my main workout. I never do a yoga only workout, but that is just me. That is just my own preference regarding yoga. I do like his instruction . . it can be a bit cheesy
but it feels authentic and I think the workouts have a flow that makes sense to me. I have been really enjoying them. I skipped pack #1 because I figured they would be too easy and I am glad I did.
