Saturday: "rest" day -- as in no formal workout, but plenty of cleaning and gardening. Whew.
Sunday: a Pilates Anytime workout for thoracic stretching and strengthening, a Pilates Fix YouTube magic circle workout, 10 MS Yoga (buns/thighs), and a two mile walk with my husband and daughter. AF Check out my blog at www.typeALC.com |
