Which Classical Stretch season should I start with?

Hello all,
I recently had severe back pain and following an MRI I was told I had 2 herniated discs (L4-L5), though my back pain came on suddenly without any particular recent injury. i was told two other discs didn't look so good.
I was told I could no longer do high impact aerobics. I was given a series of stretches and told I could do low impact aerobics including elliptical, swimming, and cycling.

Over the last few years, I was doing Tracy Anderson almost exclusively. I completed year 1 of Meta/Continuity, did about a month of year 2, and then did realtime.

I'd like to try to do a Classical Stretch season. Which one should I start with? I plan to use the streaming. I think they have Seasons 8 to 11. I like the idea of doing a season, so I can do each episode a couple of times, and then move on to the next one. I like not having to think about what workout comes next. :-)

Edited to add: For cardio I'm adding in some Jessica Smith walks.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Excellent question for a knowledgeable crowd here! I'm interested in what everyone might suggest. I'm interested too.
