Sigh - I keep hoping for a heavy, low-rep workout from Cathe, but I guess it's not in her nature.
Well I usually skip the finishers on Burn sets. I didn't pre order and I am glad. I'll wait for clips too see if I really need them.
A heavy low rep would have been nice!

I would have loved a set designed around heavy low-rep workouts too. Maybe a couple of splits, a total-body, and some fun choreographed cardio to round it out!

Wanted to keep the times going from alydinva's awesome post.

I, too, am loving these workout times!! And I be there will be premixes combining some of the workouts for those who prefer longer workout times. Am really looking forward to this series!

I may be in the minority here ... but ... the shorter times might be ok sometimes?

However, I hope there are longer premixes! I like to aim high and go less if I have to. I'm so used to seeing longer workouts with shorter premixes. I'm a little worried now ... On the other hand, I suppose there are plenty other Cathe workouts that are long enough! ... so I'm ok

I'm also hoping for low impact segment options to mix in with the high impact HiiT premixes, like she did in TTM & Crossfire.
