Well, I previewed Strength 1 and I did see her touch her hair at least three times. However, I wouldn't have even noticed if it hadn't been mentioned here as I never had a problem with it.

I also previewed the ab section and I thought it was funny when her skateboard rolled away. I'm surprised she didn't turn it upside down or sideways the way Todd did.

I got mine and am so excited, but have not even opened it yet. I need to wait a bit for doctor's ok to restart workouts like this...

Did you buy a skateboard, have them through your kids....just wondering if you improvised or got an actual skateboard? Is the skateboard used in other workouts or just the abs? Thanks for the vicarious thrill!

I will be using my kids' skateboard. I hope to preview this tomorrow. I have strength #1 on tap for Friday.

questions

Hey,

Im really interested in getting this with my next order from Mary (live in UK so didn't preorder) but I have some questions if thats ok?

What is the benefit of the bottom up moves? I have competition bells so do you think they could be modified to the usual form of the move and still benefit?

Also is the skate board just in the abs section?

Oh and what does she use the plyo box for? Would a standard step do?

TIA

Hayley

Yes, you can definitely do this with only one bell.

I have never done a bottoms up move before, but they were harder than I thought. It's a balance thing and it really works your muscle. I had to lighten up quite a bit.

Skateboard is only in the abs workout.

You don't need a plyo box at all. You use it for rows and if you want it for pistol squats.

Finished workout 1. The rep count was low on most of the exercises, so I was able to use heavier kbs.

I liked her tip about making a fist with your free hand to create tension. This makes you instantly tighten your core and helps you push out some tough reps. Amazing how such simple things are so helpful.

I also enjoyed the bottoms up presses. It was nice to perform a kb move that I've never done before. You really need to focus with these. She used a rep count of three per side, and now I understand why.

I also did the abs workout. I used my Ab Dolly, that had been sitting in a corner unused for a few years. The routine was short but effective.

Lauren says to "Breathe behind the shield" a few times. Can someone explain to me what that means or point me to a source of information? I did a search and came up with very little info. Thanks.

So are the bottom up press, bottom up press with squat, and bottom up clean the only new moves in the workouts as far as you can tell?
