Tuesday, September 16, 2014 workouts

I'll start off - heading to the airport shortly and want to record my workout today. Back to my home exercise room tomorrow, yay!

Abs from Max Intensity Strength
100 squats, 100 lunges

might do rachel mclish's in shape with rachel for strength training. i converted it to mp4 a few weeks ago and still haven't done it.

Cathe Slide n Glide then tried the latest Pavla download for the booty and plank challenge, I'm up to 1 minute 10 seconds for front and sides but the side planks KILL me! They are so hard.
