I just found a cheap copy of Butt & Thighs on Ebay last week, so i will definitely need this one too!!!

It was $5.50 plus $3.55 shipping, used once and the band was still sealed!!!
I think it was listed a couple dollars cheaper for a bid, but paid extra to make it mine!!!

I just keep checking Ebay & Amazon for videos i'm looking for. I have really been lucky lately.

I'm 5'5", have a long torso and short legs and was a D-cup by the time I was 13 years old. No amount of exercise or plastic surgery or magic spells or anything would ever make me look remotely like a supermodel. Luckily I'm totally okay with that.

Interested to see if she does planks and mat work besides crunches. I generally don't buy ABS workouts because they're usually based on a lot of crunches. I liked her Buns and Thighs DVD for the most part so I'd love to see more clips when Mary gets this.

I like the clip, thanks for sharing

I have always been partial to straight arm, light weight, flowing arm work.
It kinda reminds me of TA but with less continuous reps. I like the changing up of movements.
It also reminds me of Lara Hudson's 10 min solution pilates arm section a lot.
The music is upbeat & modern. Hmm, one for my wishlist
