I can likely figure out low impact options-I just like to see them if they are available. Sherry

I will post my question on Facebook. For some reason, it is loading really slowly. I'll try again later. Sherry ETA: Kelly answered me already! She said she will showing low impact modifications (yay!) and there are premixes that take out the shoulder work, that take out the swings, etc. I am definitely going to reconsider.

Thanks Sherry for asking!
I think the info from her FB page will help alleviate the concerns on the higher impact moves as there are only 2, 1 in each workout, and she shows the modifications. Here is what she said on FB: "... I was going to hold off on this clip because it was supposed to show me doing the modifications. I just didn't want to keep everyone waiting any more. There are only 2 impact moves, one in each workout and I do the modifying. I put one right in the middle of each workout to kick it up a notch before going back to controlled KB moves. As far as premixes, I know a lot of people have lower back and shoulder issues. Because of this I have a premix that excludes shoulder work, a premix that takes out swings, one that is just swings and legs, just swings and upper, etc.... As you guys know I do each workout routine in class for 4-6 months in group classes before filming. I get to watch everyone of all ages, with all their various limitations...I adjust each move as much so possible...and I bring it to you! I hope you love it! " |
