Cathe's 4DS Kickbox w/legs. I haven't done this in full in a long time. The leg work in this is great - short and to the point. I suspect I will be feeling this one.

I did 3/4 of Cathe intermediate fit tower
CodyApp Elvis Garcia Balance and Lunge. Always interesting trying to keep my hip bones even when in certain poses. Love this instruction.
CodyApp Elvis Garcia Flight Accelerate : The third class in the handstand prep series. I don't do hand stands but this is more prep unless you really want to try one out. I am just building strength and openness
CodyApp Daniel Scott Slow and Steady : No Dogs Allowed. Love his practices. This one did not have any down dogs.
They are all 30-45 minute practices and today I had the time.

Ballet Body Periodization System 1 Base Conditioning 1, week 1, day 3 which included Long Lean Arms, Plie Parallel 1, Anatomical focus back, Anatomical focus glutes and Abs stretch and Reach. So tough! Leah is kickin' ma tail and I am only in week 1.

Tracie Long Well Built and most of Firm Zero in Ten Lean Legs or whatever it's called. I found that Firm workout in a case for another workout, so I didn't even know I had it. Bonus!
