I finally got my set on Tuesday (I was one of the people who ordered the first day) and got to do Disc 1, Workout 1 this morning, and what a great workout! I previewed the ab workout too and it looks really good too. I don't have any prior experience with Z but she seemed very sweet and professional.

I could not keep up with her 100% but felt pretty good as I kept up with her about 80% or more!

My entire workout today consisted of Firm Express Cycle 4 C/S (which has burpees in it BTW), then Zuzka W1, then finished with RKS challenge workout 4 which had more burpees ...and now I'm feeling super energetic! What a great 45 minute (overall) workout which included the stretch.

I definitely plan to use the Zwow workouts as add-ons and think this will really help me with my endurance.

I haven't done Insanity, but couldn't these be considered an Insanity Jr?

I ordered when the series first came out and I'm in Canada. I'm still awaiting their shipment due to some backlog I'm told.

When I order thru Amazon it tells me "the item in your cart can't be shipped to your country"

When I order from her web page - the paypal screen indicates "this seller only accepts payments from US addresses"

Plus her FAQs now say they are only shipping to US at the moment and are working on a system to handle shipping orders outside the US. So Hopefully soon

In the meantime, I think I will finally start to do some of her workouts on my own (after watching them from time to time for years!!) I am better at "doing my own thing" now and often prefer it to DVDs.

I am still curious how people use her workouts - exclusively or as add ons?

Most of the time I use the Z-Cit workouts as add ons. Sometimes though, if I am short on time, I use them exclusively. I never feel "cheated" if I just do a Z-cut cardio workout. They are thorough.

Thanks - I can see me using these to get a cardio burst and the HR up before some Super Sets weight circuits.

I searched this morning and found some useful discussion on this topic and ideas for use.

Debbie S – I’ve had some of your threads bookmarked for months intending to go back to them when I was ready to give Z and this formar a try! Time to dig them out!

I ordered mine on January 9, also, and haven't received mine either. I just looked up my email on Wednesday and tracked the package. It said that my package left Amazon on January 10 and that it was still in California, but it was due to deliver on February 1. So, we will see. Amazon promised it by February 1, so maybe they stick to that date. I think Pony Express would have been much faster. LOL. Hopefully, yours will come in the next few days, too.
