Cathe's Athletic Training. I have not done this one in awhile; I forgot how hard those first twenty minutes or so were. I was dripping sweat. This is really a great workout - my only quibble is that the exercises in the first cardio section are repeated - thumbs down on that. Today I just substituted in some other drills for that repeat section and it helped immensely - will have to remember that for the future.
