I'm toying with the idea of moving up to 17 lb for the longer workouts and 14 lb for the ab since the plates increase by 3 lbs. It's my understanding that one of the biggest mistakes people make, next to improper form, is not using an adequately sized weight. Apparently, it can thwart results. But, we'll see. |
