i swear the "login" wasn't there a day ago, but i was viewing from my iphone so that could have been my problem! i see it clearly when i'm on a pc. I still can't find the Booty by Brett downloads. Maybe the site is a "work in progress".

I did 4 x 4 and I liked it. It had a capeoria (sp) flavor to it. It started out more basic and then he added more complexity. The pace is good and i definitely have felt it in my lower body the last few days! my whole body feels the Primal workout. (i really loved that one!). He packs a lot in 20+ minutes. Maybe this system is what Rev Abs was meant to be???
