Jessica does respond very quickly, I'd say within hours. Although I didn't
check until this AM, I emailed her the add'l info she needed, (order #,
address) yesterday AM and her reply was within about 3 hrs. She emailed
that my replacement set was mailed yesterday and sent me the tracking #
as well as saying there was no need to return the set I have. How nice is
that? Anyway, I just hope this set is ok and not all scratched up, etc.

I had email from Amazon that the 15 min one I ordered is on it's way too.
Hope that one is ok ....would hate to have to contact her again about that one!

She does teach classes, so there are times she is offline.

My yoga dvd is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Maybe it depends on the time of day. I contacted her through the contact tab on JessicaSmithTV last night around seven o'clock, and she e-mailed me back within about fifteen minutes.

I think one of the disks in my 2-DVD set was loose but I didn't see any scratches on it. However, when I played the Stride, Stretch, Relax workout, it started freezing up during the stride section. I just took out the DVD and gently cleaned it and it worked fine. I don't know what was wrong with it, but I'm so glad it was OK. I hate fussing over little things like that.

I've e-mailed her twice and still no response regarding the defective DVD's, I may just go through Amazon if she doesn't end up contacting me.
Very disappointed in her customer service.

I really have no idea why, I just described my situation with the scratched DVD and the freezing and pixelating on the Tread and Shred workout and just requested a replacement. I provided my Amazon order confirmation, it was a very polite cordial e-mail, I'm confused as well...Maybe my e-mail is registering her e-mails as spam, I have no idea.

Did you double-check that you entered in your email correctly? I sometimes type too fast, especially when using my phone, and mistype so I always check again. If it's wrong there's no way for her to get back to you. Just a thought. Hope you hear from her soon!
