so far, I have done the first 30 min of:
UB + Cardio LB + Cardio ...I only have 30 min to work out in the morning. Steph leads the LB+Cardio & Basheera leads the UB+Cardio. both are pretty challenging in a solid intermediate way. I love the set and the attitude of the cast and instructor.

i did Total Cardio which is a roughly 30 min workout. i was surprised - there's high impact in the warm up (there's a low impact modifier throughout). it wasn't killer high impact, but just enough to keep it challenging.
there's no weights in it, but there's lots of large limb movements to keep your HR going. Steph, Basheerah and Kevin took a turn at leading. Tony and Janet just followed along, with Tony showing some pretty advanced moves.

Did the 32 min Total Body UB (which has some combo moves, hence the "Total Body" in the title).
Led Basheerah Ahmad, the cast includes Stephanie Huckabee (from the Firm & PowerFit), Kevin Forbes, Tony Lattimore (of P90x fame, who does advanced versions), and Janet Kawamoto Hertogh (who does less intense, low-impact versions of the moves). the moves are good, and although Basheerah pauses between moves and between circuits, you can easily keep doing the moves while she's talking. i'd say it's low to mid intermediate.
