I understand that low impact means to keep one foot on the floor but how are football runs considered low impact? Didn't I see those in the clip that was posted?

I preordered knowing that the HIIT is likely too advanced for me right now.

FWIW, Jessica Smith does football runs (she calls them "fast feet" IIRC) in at least one or two of her "Walk On" series workouts and I consider them low impact personally.
