I have two VHS copies of Precision Cycling just in case one breaks. It's not out on DVD is it? A search only brought up the Schwinn workout and I wondered if they were the same. Apparently not, but you like that one, too?

It is. And they are much more than spinning -- treadmill, outdoor runs, elliptical workouts, yoga, meditation, strength training, stretching. Plus programs to train for various length races (5K, 10K, etc.), build muscle, and others. Music is awesome, and they regularly come out with new workouts (weekly or more often)

Pro tip: sign up for the 7-day free trial (I'm happy to send a link to anyone who wants to give me their email address or a text number). You have to give your credit card #, but cancel before the 7days expire, and they'll send you a coupon for a substantial discount (it's either 30 or 50% off, I'm sorry I can't recall -- and it may have changed recently).

Did no one mention spinervals yet?!

Also agree with the recommendations for Virtual Active and SSOD.

Thank you for this recommendation! I just did it (part of it) and as you said, it's similar to Precision Cycling. I have Spinervals and a few "pretty scenery" DVD's that I play with my own music while reading, but I find Jay's workouts have a little more fun factor when I want to push a little harder.
