Yes, we just list what we did for the day, sometimes we would add additional comments about the workout, and generally we just keep editing the same post, so it is easier to see all in one place what we did for the whole month. You could click on the tag and check past months. We sometimes get chatty, sometimes don't, it is all good. Hth
