Classic Firm Question

Hello,
I started the Firm 90 day rotation this weekend, and I notice there is a workout scheduled called "Firm Cardio". I cannot find any Firm workout with this name. There are myriad workouts with the word cardio in the title, but none that is just "Cardio". Is this a placeholder for any Firm cardio workout, or is this an old workout that is no longer available?

Thank you

This is out of print and hard to find. All the dvd stores are out of stock. I'm searching for this one as well. It's very good.

Thanks for your help TinaT and bethellen. I found a copy on ebay for $3.99 that I just ordered! I'm kind of a completist, so even though I have other workouts that I could use, I'd like to have everything in the rotation.

This has been a popular thread in the past. It includes the famous FIRM Compendium which has many cross references to FIRMs that have been renamed etc.

I broke out all my Firms and am in the midst of creating my own rotation based on this:

Total Body
Cardio
Lower Body
Upper Body
Cardio
Total Body
Cardio
Lower Body
Upper Body
Cardio

And on and on.... I'm good with time varying from long to short spans. I have so much that falls into cardio, that I need to be creative with the rotation to get them all in.

Tina - I like that rotation idea. I've missed my Firms and yesterday did first half of cardio split (cardio + lower body) - LOVED it!

I will keep track of what I choose daily, but I've always struggled with writing it out and then not following it. With this general out line, I can choose any workout from what ever category I'm focused on that day. I will also add in the Fitprimes/Kickbutts here and there. Again, based on the category they fall in.

I have alot of Firms that fall in the category of "cardio", so I'm looking through them to see if any can be considered light weight day.
