Old thread alert

Good Afternoon,
Is there anyone still doing these? I just received them but I noticed that the set didn't come with a workout calendar. Does anyone know how we are suppose to use them? Thanks

old thread, seeking rotation calendar for Love Your Lower Body

Love your Lower Body (LYLB)-- anyone have a calendar/rotation for these workouts? The rotation listed in this thread is not for LYLB, but for Barre3's 28 to Great, the QVC set.

I think the rotation is in the book? I looked at my DVD set and I don't see a set rotation. I'll check to see if I still have any emails from Rodale.

I have the book ...somewhere. I remember them being paper workouts and I purchased the DVD set to complement the book. I love Sadie's workouts.

The book came today. I guess it was too much to hope that the book would reference the DVDs.

Yes, having the book and the DVDs dovetail would be asking too much entirely. Sigh...
