New Firm infomercial?

I just received the Firm newsletter, said it was looking for infomercial participants using the Firm Express.

I still get the newsletter but am not on their forum.

Just curious, anybody know anything about this?

I asked on their FB page if there was a new system in the works, but no one responded. I just received another e-mail today saying they are looking for Firm Express success stories for an Express informercial. That didn't make complete sense to me because there's already an Express informercial. Are they making a second informercial for the same system??

The FIRM facebook page has been regularly posting this invitation. One or two there posted they had sent their stories in more than once,and The FIRM replied "send again" (I condensed haha).If truth in advertising is still in place,wouldn't they need to use these success stories for the same product that was used to achieve the success? I took this to mean it would be a refreshed Thin in 30 Express 'mercial. I wonder I wonder..

Yeah, Julie, you're probably right. It was wishful thinking on my part that maybe a new system was in the works. But then, of course, why would they want Express success stories? But then again, I still don't see why they would put out an updated informercial for the EXpress system. We need to dig deeper for the answers

But aren't all the FIRM success stories the results gotten from the previous system? I mean, the FIRM Express stories didn't happen with these women using the FE but rather the TranFIRMation system and everything before that. Hope I am making sense. I don't think it's right but I feel they get by with it because these people have used the brand the FIRM to achieve their results, the FIRM isn't just one system, it's a brand name.

So I am thinking a new system may be in the works because they are wanting the most recent success stories

Actually the current FE infomercial results were due to the FE, not the earlier system. Didn't they have a group test the system in New York?

Yes they tested it specifically-in NY and with a home test group as I recall. Summer Breeze LOL put on our Nancy Drew shoes! A Mystery! hee hee

Maybe they have to film a new infomercial for Firm Express, this time only using people who used Firm Express? A post on one of the old FE threads said something about new, tougher FTC rules about testimonials.
