Yes, I agree, I love Allie's Time Crunch, much more than the Express set !!!
I have to modify those alot, but Time Crunch shows the best modifications and I still feel like I'm working out and keeping up "with the girls !". I hate and really can't do burpees but I can with the modification they show on Time Crunch and that makes me feel really good that I can do what they are doing, even if I stay with the modifier. |

The intensity (impact version) from FE should have been the advanced option. After seeing TCC and being frustrated with FE (hurts my knees even with the impact removed), I hope they either do a FE2 or make more of the TCC style workouts.
