if you have to do 21 days, you could double up on one day , or on day 7, which is yoga, you could do a workout if you did not need a rest day. but 20 days vs 21 days of working out will not hurt your results. the 21 day name is just a marketing ploy.
I am 65, so my results would not be the same as a typical vf person. But I felt strong, could do doubles on most days, liked the workout! and felt that I looked better and the end of the rotations. this time, in particular, liked my arms. My lower body is super strong. also liked my abs, and micro which is my main focus. I also improved my eating, so that was good. I like this 3 week rotation because it first causes no harm, and I can workout another day. and no dread. I know I can do the workout and feel good. and I love following Kat the modifier.
