Anyone Else Planning on Celebrating the National Day of Sufferlandria??

Is anyone else planning on suffering along with me tomorrow (Sunday, August 23) as we observe the National Day of Sufferlandria? It's been a while since I've done a spin workout so I need an excuse to bust out my spin bike

(I guess "celebrating" is a misnomer"...)

Where are my fellow Sufferlandrians?? I know there are some here on VF.

Well, I guess I suffered alone this morning I did Violator, one of my favourite Sufferfests. It felt great and made me wonder why it's been so long since I did this one.

Does it count if you suffer the day after? I have my hardest week of my outdoor boot camp tomorrow morning. I plan to suffer really well

I didn't see this yesterday.

I participated, and man did I suffer. I was having a terrible day and bonked about halfway through ISLAGIATT. The rest was torture. I guess I celebrated in style!

Did you do the chamois dance after? I haven't done a Sufferland workout for for a while.

Terry, it's never too late to suffer

ivorygorgon, ISLAGGITT is my fave Sufferfest Props for trying it on a terrible day! I'm glad I wasn't suffering alone.

andtckrtoo, it isn't a Sufferfest without a chamois dance at the end

We did ISLAGIATT followed by Angels. I did Angels at only about 80% of my FTP. Sufferfest truly lives up to its name.
