Question for those who spin

I've been spinning with Studiosweat for about a month now and absolutely love it! I've been averaging about 3 spin core sessions a week. For those of you who spin, what type of leg weight workouts do you do?

I usually do Cathe, but I'm finding my legs are really spent from spinning.

Hi! I love SSOD! Been doing it for over 6 months. This is how my week goes:,Monday: spin sculpt, Tuesday: spin core, Wednesday: Cathe leg workout, Thursday: run, Friday: Spin sculpt, Saturday:spin core

The first 4-6 weeks my legs were tired but then they got used to it and I'm fine now. If you are finding your just not recovering and you really want to do a leg day, I would drop one of the spin classes and replace it with a leg day.

Karie34,

Thank you for your advice. Funny my legs were not tired this week. Maybe, I'm actually adjusting or its the clipless shoes I finally bought.

I noticed that in your workouts the only upper body work you get is from the spin sculpt workouts. Do you feel you get a decent upper body workout doing this?

I have not done any spin sculpt workouts yet. Which ones do you like?
