It was in the high 40s today so out I went to run. I went to a local park that has a small asphalt track and ran mostly beside it in the grass. It felt great and will work for shorter runs. I think Adriene's latest Yoga for Runners might be her best.
Hope everyone is doing well -not too hot, not too cold, and a minimum of aches.
Vannie - Talk to me about your interval run apps. They're probably something I should consider when I start running more.
I'm also on the look out for another pair of running shoes. If anyone sees any great deals, please share. I'm partial to zero drop shoes so let me know your favorite Altra's.
