The whole draw to these is "short and sweet" - they are all supposed to be 15 minutes, but I'm not timing them.

Well, even though USPS isn't recognizing the tracking number, I just stopped home and found not one but two separate packages in my mailbox each containing the same DVD. I just emailed Lauren to let her know I think I may have received somebody else's copy in addition to my own.

I have to go back to work right shortly and I have an evening meeting, so I won't even have a chance to look at it today. Boo hoo!

Sue, thanks for the breakdowns -- they do sound good! I should get mine today I'm pretty sure.

I've seen before that's how they teach beginners the move to keep it out of their arms.

Yes - Pavel even recommends these for beginners to see if you are doing them correctly.

Mine came today. Yay!

I did workout 2. It was a good workout and was probably about 12 or 13 minutes. Probably on days with more energy and/or time I might add another segment.

For folks that are care about backgrounds, this one looks like it is in a backyard with various fitness equipment around. It's also raining a little bit, but they are working out under a covered patio.

That's Lauren's home workout and class area. I should be so lucky!

I think this is some of Lauren's best work. Her instruction is spot on, and she accomplishes a lot in a short time. The pace makes it possible to go heavy, so it's easy to tailor the workouts to any level. And there are no burpees or mountain climbers!
