I did this workout a little while ago. Good workout! There are two exercises per set and a total five sets. A push up variation is one of the exercises included in each set. The fives sets are repeated for three rounds. Workout time including cool down is 31 minutes. The first 6:30 minutes are explanations and demonstrations of the exercises.

You're welcome! I don't know if this particular class is for me - too many pushups - but it's great to get an idea of what his classes are like.

Thanks for posting. I can tell you that this particular class is NOT for me - too many pushups and my shoulder can't take that - but it was nice to get a chance to check Skogg out after seeing so many raves here about him and his workouts.

So, I did this workout today and modified it quite a bit. I subbed bodyweight and cardio moves for all of the push up sections except the first 2. It was a pretty good workout. Intense too.
