This morning was my first time trying Royale. This is how I modified:

Tonique Royale-first 20 minutes stopped before the lower body floor work started
Did cardio on the rebounder while previewing the exercise, paused the video, did both sides, 30 reps each side for the lunge segments, 30 reps total for the push ups and plank work.

Seems like I am always in a perpetual beginner state with Tonique, so the way I modified this morning's workout worked really well for me. I really did like what I did.

So yesterday Helen and I asked Sylwia (on Facebook) if she could add chapter breaks into the DVD, and she said she would try to before it comes out! Yay!

Great news! I also sent her a private message requesting the same thing! Hopefully she can pull through on that. It would be awesome to be able to mix-and-match.

I've only done Royale twice, but I can already tell that it is going to be my favorite Tonique, because the variety of moves really keeps it fun and eliminates any possible "dread" from the workout. (I sometimes get dread from BTM 1.1 because she is literally doing lunges on one leg for 40 minutes straight and it's mentally hard to deal with sometimes LOL.)

I'm so glad to hear that there is no dread factor on this new one! I avoid BTM 1.1 for that same reason!

I didn't know that Sylwia already answered. I hope that she can do that. I'm looking forward to trying Royale when it comes out on DVD.

I also have only done BTM 1.1 two times because of dread and also because I save it for holidays when I have more time for longer Toniques.

Haha -- am I the only one out here who would love something like a BTM 3! I will eventually get the Royale dvd, but I love Sylwia's leg work most of all. I just did BTM 1.1 plus part of 1.2 tonight, and I was thinking how I'd love it if she did another mostly legs dvd.

But, the clip for Royale looks good!

When BTM came out, 1.1 was torture to me. I couldn't do those moves in a runners lunge with my hands on the floor without getting a cramp. I just did 2.0. Later, after doing FF and ATM, I went back to BTM 1.1 and loved it. It hit my legs so perfectly. I saw results every time, where they looked tight and toned. So things do change. It's my warm fuzzy Tonique now,

Just did Royale today for first time and I really really liked it. Time flew by, no dread factor at all. I couldn't wait even though I would prefer to have it in a chaptered DVD, but no regrets, it was awesome!

I did this workout this morning and loved it. The setting, and the new moves were great. I agree with the OP that said this was a bit harder than ATM but not as hard as FF.
