I have her walking DVD and must say I don't reach for it often, as it's kind of weirdly designed. It sounds like that one is almost an anomaly among the rest of her stuff, though. I do remember checking some of her Buns of Steel stuff out of my local library and loving it.

The only Tamilee that I have is I Want That Body. I've had it for years and I will never part with it. It's a keeper!

Does anyone know if the stretch workout I posted above (YouTube) is the one that people say they liked? I might try it today.

Tamilee was one of my very first fitness instructors! I think I started with Buns of Steel (BoS 2000, I believe), and I am pretty sure I owned all of the "I Want That..." series at one time (on VHS, of course!). I just sort of grew out of her when a wider variety of offerings became available.

The clip you posted is from her stretch dvd everyone likes It looks like it was filmed in the same location where a bunch of Yoga Zone tv episodes they used for dvds were filmed.

I reacquired a bunch of her workouts when Amazon had a bundle of seven dvds for $19.00. I am not sure if that is still available. I am not keeping all of them, but enough to make it worth buying.

The two Fit to the Hits DVDs are pretty hokey, but they are fun and get my heartrate up. They make me smile.

I did Motown Moves recently and liked it. Misty Tripoli is a background exerciser and I think Cindy Whitmarsh is also.

I tried the 30m stretch routine today; I liked it! There are standing, chair, and floor segments. The stretches aren't held very long, but she includes a good variety.

Gina,
Can you post links to these Tamilee total body workouts? If you wish to keep the links private, can you PM me?

Thanks, I am always looking for short workouts for busy days and for some reason, I love Tamilee Webb!
