She used to have a stretch dvd that was recorded by a lake or some sort of body of water, and had ducks walking through it. Wasn't that Tamilee??

Name that workout! I'd love to find it again....

I think you might be talking about her Toning Mind and body but I have only seen that on vhs . It's nice.

I think her dvd Total Stretch which has two titles and four workouts is so much better though. It has the Beginner 25 minute and three 10 minute Total Body (sitting, standing, floor ). It's by the beach and so calming.

I think it was Toning Mind and Body. I think my copy broke and I never replaced it.

I may use I Want That Body tomorrow.

Her personality was fine but I don't know why I was bored. I may have found them too easy as I was doing Cathe. Fast forward I have been thinking about Tamilee's stretch workout and I keep looking out for it, but it is expensive at amazon UK or unavailable.
I may be persuaded to try her again as I am older and want smart working out, not hard.
For years I was a bit bored/uninterested in her as well but have fairly recently rediscovered her and now I really enjoy her calm and softspoken teaching style. My favorites are:
  • I Want That Body
  • Total Stretch for Beginners (I think that's the name of the DVD)
  • her 2 Quick Toning DVDs
and I just repurchased her Tighter Assets Weight Loss and Cardio Blast set so it's too soon to tell if they'll become favorites.

Thanks to YouTube I discovered that there are two I Want That Body 15min total body workouts that I guess only existed on VHS. I'm sure they're not as effective as her IWTB 'parts' routines but of course now I wish I had those on DVD as well, haha.

The two extra 'I Want That Body' workouts are each a bonus workout on the Fit to the Hits Motown Moves and Rock Hard Assets DVDs. I wish they'd put all I Want That Body on one DVD, but the two total bodies are available.

Oh, thanks for letting me know! I like fitting in my 15 minutes of Tamilee in the morning.
