Since you have I want that body I won't mention it and her stretch workout dvd is like pure gold to me.
I enjoy all her quick toning series. I do all the segments together or add on to other workouts. I like her pace. Her lower body of steel is a gliding discs workout before everyone had that. She used a towel.
Her buns of steel 3 is a butt burner,
and Legs of steel is like a barre workout before it was all the rage. She uses a chair. I like to combine her thighs of steel with her legs of steel.
Her Arms and abs of steel is so good as is her step workout Buns of steel 7.
For newer workouts her Tight on Time Hot Spots and Tight on Time Body blast have a good mix of abs and quick 10 minute workouts with bonuses of step or stability ball. You can get those cheaply off eBay/Amazon.
I actually only like the abs and buns bonuses on her Weightloss and Cardioblast workouts. I also never clicked with the Platinum series so can't offer guidance there.
I'm afraid I'm not familiar with her Best of series or her fit to the hits.
