When it comes to the Desert Island question, there's a difference between most frequently used vs. beloved favorites.

It's too hard to pick my all-time top favorites, so I'll opt for what I'm using and loving right now (bearing in mind it's summer so I exercise thoroughly but less vigorously). And since people sometimes cheat and pick more than 5 I think I will too!
1. Erin O' Brien's Ageless Body and Fit Body
2. Kristi Yamaguchi's Power Workout and Tracey Mallett's Get Your Body Back
3. Kathy Smith's Staying Strong and Total Body Lift
4. Michele Olson's Perfect Legs, Glutes & Abs and KCM's TLC
5. Petra Kolber's Bootcamp Boogie and Natalie Cassidy's Then and Now

These are in no particular order.
1. Firm Cardio Sculpt with Allie
2. Stephanie Huckabee Powerfits
3. Slim in 6/Slim Series
4. Any Leslie Sansone Workout
5. Erin O'Brien's workouts

Lately I'm using Angie Gorr's Custom 3 Fit and Ellen Barrett workouts a lot too. I don't use Ellen all the time but love them and won't part with them.
Cheri, I have not done Cardio Sculpt in a while, but I love it, love it and I always know I will want to do it again

Hi Judy! Yep, that's the one we're talking about.

And ooh, Barbara Benagh's Yoga for Stress Relief. If I could only keep one yoga workout, that would be it.
