Well, I will have to go by what I am doing the most now and would never part with as of right now:
1. Tracey Mallett's Pilates Super Sculpt 2. Core Fusion - various segments from several different DvDs but all segments involving pretzel, core, gluteal. 3. 10 Minute Solution Pilates Perfect Body with Suzanne Bowen. 4. Jen Galardi's Ballet Body. 5. S in 6/Slim Series (though not lately) |
