2.jari- get extremely ripped
3. jillian- 6 week six pack
4.brook- butts and guts
5. spinning pedal power with mike michels

3. Jane Fonda's Step Aerobics and Abs
4. Jane Fonda's Complete Workout
5. Kathy Smith's Matrix Method Power Walk

The ones I do most often:

1. Callan Pinckney: AM/PM Callanetics, Quick Callanetics: Legs, and Quick Callanetics: Hips and Behind (twice a week each)

2. Leslie Sansone: Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs

3. Tamilee Webb: I Want That Body!

4. Gay Gasper: Basic Ab Workout for Dummies (the 10 minute bonus)

5. Debbie Siebers: Cardio Core Express! (the "6 Minute Abs!" segment)


* Those are the workouts I use twice a week or more. I have several other workouts that I use once a week.

Ok....can't do it...also love TA Mat!

ETA: I could not live without my Cardio Coach's either!!! Any of them! :-)

My top 5 are and these are in no particular order:

The Firm - Better Body and Buns (Fun and well rounded)
Amy Bento - ASC II (Because it is just too much fun) or any Rebecca Small
The Firm - Body Sculpt Blaster (I think this is a great workout in just 30 min!)
Cathe - High Step Challenge (love that it is cardio & weights)
Cathe - Any total body weight workout - I don't think there is one I don't like
