Firm BSS1 was my first foray into weight training. I had it in my list, but took it out because I haven't done it in awhile. I may have to pull it out this weekend.

Amy Bento - ASC II (Because it is just too much fun) or any Rebecca Small
The Firm - Body Sculpt Blaster (I think this is a great workout in just 30 min!)
Cathe - High Step Challenge (love that it is cardio & weights)
Cathe - Any total body weight workout - I don't think there is one I don't like
