Wow! They replied so quickly! I know I said before that it was too expensive, but it IS 16 workouts. I may order it for my b-day in June, if I can wait that long.

sounds great! I may have to buy even tho I just purchased AOS vol.1 & 2 set and Brooke Benton B&G!!
Did B&G only once, but was not quite as impressed as I had hoped. Will do one more time, then I may return if I decide to get RKS... |

Looks like the year of system buying continues for me!...Rip60, S90, Rushfit, Asylum and possibly this! I even bought "The Rack" this year.....someone tell me how I can justify this to my wife....
