Erich Schiffmann is number one. I am amazed when I look up and have been doing 60+ minutes of yoga with him. Rodney Yee, Patricia Walden, Baron Baptist and Travis Eliot round out the rest of my favorites. I have not done enough of Janet Stone yet but she is up there too.

Erich Schiffmann. I feel so... lush after I've done one of his practices.

I also tend to adore DVDs by anyone who's trained with Erich - his style echoes through. So Sara Ivanhoe is another fav, along with Karen Voight.

And what would I do without Jill Miller?? Life would be very boring indeed.

I like Sara Ivanhoe, I am a fan of her 20 Minute Yoga Makeover series.

I also like Yoga Zone, specifically Beverly Murphy (Evening Stress Release) and Jen
Monness (Strengthen & Tone). The other instructors are fine too, but they are my favorites.

Tara, I also really like Beverly Murphy. I wish she had led more dvd practices. I have a bunch of Yoga Zone tv episodes taped and I need to go through them and see if Beverly leads any of them.

I am not sure what channel Yoga Zone aired on but how cool to have episodes! Caribbean Workout is another show I wish I would have had access to.

I am not sure that Beverly appeared on any other YZ DVDs besides ESR, I really like her on that DVD and her program is the one I do mostly on it.
