Well I actually worked out today and it went well. A twenty minute treadmill walk which actually felt great. I’m pretty much back to normal except a little nasal congestion and night sweats some nights.

Jbliff I heard that today too about the vaccine update and I’m thrilled. Hopefully this will make for a safer winter for us. Now to keep interest up in getting boosted…again. We have had lots of rain too.

Where are our other Maxers? We miss you Cher and Gibbee and Vannie!

I'm around. I've been reading but not posting. I still can't find a good time to do my check ins without getting sucked down the rabbit hole and getting nothing done!

Maybe I'll be better about posting next month.

I've been working out and doing house and yard work this week. And now I'm in almost full-fledged Halloween brain already.

My workout yesterday was a walk with DH + 40 minutes on the elliptical.

Karjoy - Glad to hear you are almost back to normal.

Vannie - Good to hear from you. How is your foot doing?

Great to hear from you Vannie! Oh yeah, Halloween isn’t so far away is it?

Ran 30 min on the treadmill today. I took it slow but felt pretty good. Slow is. Good when you’re recovering. Will aim for 35-40 min tomorrow.

My workout yesterday was 45 minutes of total body strength training.

Vannie I was thinking about you when you mentioned getting ready for Halloween. I have a friend who, no matter what, starts decorating her mantle for fall as soon as school starts, which is usually around August 10th here. It can be 115 degrees outside but she is in the fall spirit and I love her for it.

I made it 36 min on the treadmill. One day at a time.

I started a thread for August.

Karen, I love your friend's fall tradition with the start of school! Wow, that is a really early start for school! Although, I think my nephews in AZ normally started the end of July. Most schools in MN don't start till the day after Labor Day, I believe.
