Another vote for Skogg! You should be able to do it, if you've done it before. It just takes some practice with a good tutorial or follow along workout. It will eventually click for you and just feel right (or it should.)

Using her cue to start with the thumb pointing back really helps avoid banging your forearm with the bell.
