Question Terracore

So how do you like this new gadget? Anyone have one. Looks kinda heavy to be lifting. Terracore.

I found it a while back, and it looks very good to me, but it is very pricey.

Sure is. They thought a lot about this one. Like a bench but soft. Like a Bosu but bigger. Portable but still you need a lot of space. Just came across this today.

I've used it at the bootcamp I go to. It is quite heavy! We use it sort of like a BOSU--doing squats on and off it, lunges with one foot on, jumps over it--and sometimes do things like burpees where instead of jumping when you stand, you lift it over your head. I am completely unable to lift it over my head!

What are you thinking of using it for?

Pratima:

I like the balance aspect and using it as a weight. But if’s heavy I will probably pass as it is a little pricey.

Looks like a good sturdy piece of equipment.

Thanks
Anita

I'd say you could use a BOSU in similar ways, and it's a lot less expensive. They do seem sturdy, though again, very similar to a BOSU. The inflatable part is attached to a plastic frame. They seem to come off or I guess could get holes in them, and I'm not sure how easily they can be repaired.
