Favorite Mindy Mylrea Workouts?

adrien_73 posted in another thread that all of Mindy Mylrea's DVDs are 50% off through July 10, on her website. I plan to order Extreme Exercise Makeover and Fluid Strength. But with a 50% discount, I'm thinking of getting some more.

What are your favorite Mindy workouts? What do you recommend? *enable me*

Oh dude I did not know about this! And I just ordered off of Mary's sale! Bit I really wanted to try Mindys new ones - I hope someone will chime in who has them to tell us about them.

Anita I love Best of BOSU - some really great moves in here, so fun! I also like Booty Blast and intensity overload with toys; both of these give great options for shorter/longer workouts.

Mindy's spinning DVD's are killer if you're into that - Tabata Trek is the hardest kick-a** spinning/ plyo workout I've ever done lol; short and sweet as well as cycle hiits are also really good. Gliding extreme is also great if you use gliders; booty camp is a great lower body workout using bosu/ gliders/ inflatable ball/ med ball.

I really like Medicine Ball Madness- it is low intermediate and just makes me smile, good core work and a nice cardio workout. I think she makes the infamous "kick the cat" comment " in this one though- she is making a sweeping movement with her leg. not sure but I think it is in this one. caused quite an uproar in the day.

I was debating on her Booty Camp, Quickies, and Core Connection. Is there any overlap between these? Also thinking about her two newest, but waiting for reviews. Sabine, I really, really like Intensity Overload No Equipment as well. I haven't tried her Kickbutt Bootcamp yet, although it's in my collection. I see a Mindy rotation in my future

I really like Quickies as it is very doable at 45 minutes in a workout (using gliders in workout 1 and bender ball in workout 2...or are they premixes?) A lot of her exercises are repeated in her workouts but I liked the format of this one with minimal equipment.

I bought Core Connection I think over the wintertime sale but haven't done it yet Nevertheless, I do plan to get Fluid Strength in the sale

I did enjoy Tabata Trek with the spin bike. But it is the only spin DVD I have right now, so don't have anything to compare it to.

Yea, minimal equipment is what I liked about the look of Quickies too. I like that Core Connection looks like a sneaky way to get in core work. You are doing a lot of stuff, but its focus is core. Kind of like kickboxing.

Where are the clips? It really irritates me when an instructor doesn't have clips!
