Barre3 question
I'm starting the Barre3 30 day online challenge as part of my new years resolution to be kinder and gentler to my body. Does anyone know if the 10 minute workouts are clips taken from the longer workouts or are they different footage?

I'm pretty sure they are all clips, but they have a little introduction at the beginning.

Most of them are from the longer workouts, but I can think of 4 or 5 that I know of that are not.
